We love to keep our class sizes small (4 to 6 people). We believe this allows for a more personal and rewarding experience.

First Friday Craft Night
Crafting, sewing, treats and wine. Open to anyone interested in a creative social event. You do not have to limit yourself to sewing. Bring a project and a friend!

Intro. to Apparel Sewing- Make a Skirt that Fits
This is a great class for beginners and those who wish to brush up on the basics while completing an A-line skirt that fits your body. Several different seams are covered along with nifty tricks on how to sew a regular zipper, round corners on patch pockets, and manipulate a pattern to fit your body.

Small Zipper Wallet Workshop
This is a fun 3 hour workshop that is great for beginners or those who have been sewing for a bit but want the motivational assistance to get a project completed! Receive patterns for 4 different styles which are cute and the perfect size for a back pocket or thrown into a bag. Interfacings supplied.

Kids’ Spring Break Sewing Camps
Learn to use a sewing machine and make yourself a drawstring backpack in this fun Spring Break workshop. Bring 1/2 yd cotton woven fabric, 4 yards cording, and a spool of all-purpose thread, and take home a useful style statement.

Now that you know how to use a sewing machine, come make yourself pj shorts and a headband. Bring 1 1/4 yd cotton woven fabric, 1 yd of 3/4″ non-roll elastic, and a spool of all-purpose thread, and transform it into things you’ll enjoy using.

Basic Tee Knit, Your Style
You’ve been sewing for a while, and now you’re ready to branch out into sewing with knits. Come learn ways to make great tees you can wear proudly. We’ll use the Lark tee Pattern; you choose your style options (neck and sleeve length) for your first tee, and after the class you’ll be set to make any of the 16 tees in the pattern.

Dress Class
It’s about time to venture into dresses. This is a great class for those of you who have mastered the skirt and are ready for the next level. This class focuses on altering a pattern to achieve the correct fit that flatters and shows off your personal style. Sewing skills emphasized are mastering fish-eye darts, sewing invisible zippers, attaching linings and facings and pattern adjustment.

Blouse Class
It’s time to “ante up” and master sewing techniques for apparel.  Please make sure you are comfortable using a sewing machine and are confident in the basics. 2 piece collar, cuffs, and buttonholes are just a few of the stylistic qualities your blouse can include.
